These terms govern use of the public Votegrain website. They do not grant access to the Votegrain product and do not replace a Customer Agreement, Pilot Order, Data Processing Addendum or End User Terms.

Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful, genuine evaluation of Votegrain. You must not interfere with it, bypass its security, submit malicious code, scrape it at a volume that affects operation, or present its content misleadingly.

Information, not professional advice

Website material is general information. Votegrain does not provide legal, HR, employment, governance, financial or electoral advice. It is not an independent returning officer and does not certify that a vote, meeting or resolution is valid or binding.

Product descriptions and intellectual property

Only an executed Order states a customer's purchased service. A website update does not amend an executed agreement.

VOTE PLATFORM LIMITED and its licensors own the website, software, branding and original content except where another owner is identified. Use beyond applicable law requires written permission.

Third-party links, availability and liability

A link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement. The website is provided without a promise of continuous availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Votegrain is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights that apply elsewhere.
