Our commitment
Votegrain targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the marketing website and core product journeys. This is a design and testing target, not a claim that every page has completed an independent conformance audit.
Getting help or another format
If you find a barrier, need content in another format or need help using the website or service, contact demo@votegrain.com. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do and, if comfortable, the technology you use.
Response times and known limitations
Votegrain aims to acknowledge an accessibility report within two business days and provide either an accessible alternative, a status update or a remediation plan within ten business days. Complex visualisations and exported reports may sometimes need a plain-language explanation or alternative format; ask through the accessibility contact and Votegrain will work with the Customer to provide one.
Accessibility is reviewed during feature delivery and before a paid pilot. This statement was last reviewed on 29 August 2026 and will be updated when a material limitation or assessment result changes.
